After charging me an additional €39 for customs fees, the product doesn't work. The infrared light doesn't heat up. It seems like a complete scam to me. Never give money that isn't mentioned in the advertisement, since you won't get that money back. The seller doesn't want to refund my money at the moment.

Took 43 days to arrive to czechia, a bit too long but i got it nonetheless. Didn’t have to pay anything extra, which is good. First impressions are good, nice build quality from what i can see. Stand with wheels included in the package. There was no manual in the box, so not really sure how to operate properly. The power button on the back is a little bit loose. Other than that looks solid so far, curious to see how it goes.

Pretty good panel...but not 500 Watts...but 150 watts! Also not a 5 Watt diode but a 3 Watt one. 100 diodes in the lamp and if you let the NIR and 660nm burn together, the lamp consumes 158 watts... Also had to pay 47 euros in import fees at customs, which was not mentioned anywhere in the advertisement... a bit misleading nonetheless. Price/quality 4 out of 5.
