It arrived on time, well packaged, everything was fine. The only thing I would note that appears in the advertisement but is not actually the case is the electro-massage function, which is not really an electro-massage; it's a vibration that is still pleasant and useful for massages, but it doesn't have that small electric shock from the massage electrode that penetrates the deep layers of the muscle. So I don't know how effective it will be with the function they offer for skin tightening.
